Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the corporate learning and development space
- Experience with human-centered learning design, performance consulting, instructional design, learning technologies, and data analysis
- Experience with visionary leadership, change leadership, and stakeholder management
- Ability to use business acumen and AI literacy
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Overseeing the design and curation of learning content leveraging digital tools and platforms
- Using data to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Prioritizing competing training needs and requests for greatest business impact
- Managing the training budget accordingly
- Leading learning initiatives that support organizational change and transformation efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LMS and LXP systems
- Experience developing cohort-based learning experiences
- Experience developing technical training programs
- Experience with technical assessments
- Experience with business development, finance, or project management
- Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
