Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HR, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience administering an enterprise LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, Moodle, etc.)
  • Expertise in SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards
  • Strong understanding of SSO, APIs, and LMS integrations with other enterprise systems
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Knowledge of compliance training requirements (e.g., OSHA, GDPR, SOC 2)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with L&D leadership, stakeholders, and P&C systems operations teams to implement a new LMS for Vantage
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the LMS, including system configuration, user access, and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensure seamless integration of the LMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, Talent Management Systems, Content Providers, and Single Sign-On)
  • Manage course uploads, learning paths, certifications, and compliance training requirements
  • Provide end-user support and training for learners, managers, and content developers
  • Work closely with program managers and LXDs to upload, test, and optimize SCORM, xAPI, and other digital learning content
  • Maintain system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with LMS vendors for escalated support
  • Monitor system performance, user engagement, and data integrity, ensuring a smooth learning experience
  • Develop and generate reports on course completion, compliance training, and learning engagement metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on learning data to improve training effectiveness
  • Automate reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely data collection
  • Ensure the LMS meets regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements
  • Maintain records for audits, compliance training, and certifications
  • Partner with P&C, IT, L&D, and business leaders to align LMS capabilities with organizational learning goals
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements, integrations, or new learning technologies to improve the learner experience
  • Stay current on emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global enterprise environment with a large user base
  • LMS migration or implementation experience
  • Certifications in LMS administration or learning technologies
