Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the SaaS shipping industry with demonstrated expertise in sales training or coaching.
- Proven track record of improving sales performance metrics through structured training and coaching programs.
- Experience delivering training on modern sales methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling) within a SaaS context.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills across in-person, virtual, and hybrid environments.
- Demonstrated ability to personalize coaching approaches to address diverse learning styles and performance needs.
- Current knowledge of product trends and competitive landscapes within the shipping and SaaS shipping sectors.
- Experience with content design and learning management systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing sales employees, utilizing adult learning principles and diverse delivery methods.
- Identify improvement opportunities and deliver targeted coaching to help sales representatives exceed their targets.
- Maintain expertise in our product ecosystem and translate complex features into compelling sales narratives.
- Leverage your sales experience to enhance representatives’ skills in consultative selling, objection handling, and value articulation.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver specialized training that drives organizational growth, as needed.
- Participate in the development, review, and continuous improvement of training materials and sales enablement resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or L&D certification or Sales certification (preferred)
