Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of prior knowledge and experience in adult learning and education; previous learning and development, or HR work experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Continuous improvement mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics and event planning for learning programs and activities
- Manage onboarding tasks
- Manage compliance training needs
- Create and distribute communications
- Support the administration of learning and leadership programs
- Manage LMS content
- Administer vendor programs, contracts, and invoices
- Produce virtual classroom training sessions
- Track and monitor to budget
- Monitor learning mailbox
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Canva preferred
