Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of prior knowledge and experience in adult learning and education; previous learning and development, or HR work experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics and event planning for learning programs and activities
  • Manage onboarding tasks
  • Manage compliance training needs
  • Create and distribute communications
  • Support the administration of learning and leadership programs
  • Manage LMS content
  • Administer vendor programs, contracts, and invoices
  • Produce virtual classroom training sessions
  • Track and monitor to budget
  • Monitor learning mailbox
