Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ Years of prior relevant adult learning/training/facilitation experience
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills—comfortable engaging diverse audiences from line-level to executives
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and learning technologies (e.g., LMS, dashboards, reporting)
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel to various properties and represent Talent Development when needed
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage new hire orientations and leadership development programs across operational departments
- Collaborate with HR and property leaders to assess learning needs using guest feedback and performance data
- Leverage our enterprise learning platform to enable development, track progress, and measure impact
- Conduct pre- and post-course evaluations to track ROI and ensure continuous improvement
- Facilitate both large and small group sessions, including experiential and diversity-focused learning experiences
- Manage logistics for in-person sessions: classroom setup, materials, scheduling, and inventory
- Advise employees on internal development opportunities and educational assistance programs
- Work independently on multiple learning projects with creativity, accountability, and attention to deadlines
