Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Learning and Development, HR, or Talent functions, with exposure to learning coordination, systems, and/or analytics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to track details and timelines across multiple initiatives
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and flexibility to support evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • An analytical approach and interest in working with learning data to identify meaningful insights

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of learning programs, including coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting facilitators and learners
  • Assist with program setup, enrollment, and data management within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor participation, satisfaction, and learning outcomes; help identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Help gather and synthesize learner feedback and data to inform program enhancements
  • Contribute to the development and updating of learning materials in partnership with Specialists and subject matter experts
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of learning initiatives aligned to business goals
  • Provide operational and technical support for in-person and virtual sessions
  • Draft clear and effective communications related to learning opportunities
  • Participate in L&D team meetings and contribute to projects and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning) and proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting (preferred)
  • Curiosity about learning strategy and a desire to grow within the L&D field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent, Education, Business, Consulting, or related fields (preferred)
