Requirements
- 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile training
- 1+ years of experience process mapping in MS Visio
- 1+ years of experience conducting statistical analyses
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Certified Scrum Trainer, SAFe Program Consultant, or ICAgile Authorized Instructor Certification
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to develop and implement solutions
- Identify and anticipate client needs and propose solutions
- Facilitate the transformation of clients’ organizations
- Show clients opportunities to improve processes and gain stakeholder buy-in
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing process improvement initiatives leveraging Lean Six Sigma concepts and methods such as DMAIC
- 3+ years of experience facilitating process improvement workshops using Lean methodologies
- Experience leading projects and managing team members
- Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force or DoD
- Ability to assess whether a candidate process would be better leveraged using COTS automation software
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
