Requirements
- Willing and able to move anywhere in the U.S.A.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or other related discipline; degree must be obtained between December 2025 – May 30, 2026
- U.S. Citizenship – The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Relevant internship/co-op or work experience
Responsibilities
- Rotation role & responsibilities will vary & align with one or more of the following: Materials R&D, testing and analysis, material specifications, processing and quality control procedures and documentation
- Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments
- Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Active U.S. Security Clearance
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
- Self-motivated & team-oriented; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
