Requirements
- 8+ years of UX research experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise product environments, leading both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
- Skilled in usability testing, interviews, surveys, and basic statistical interpretation, with a strong grasp of when and how to apply each method.
- Confidently present research insights to senior product leaders and cross-functional teams, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in building scalable research frameworks, including study templates, insight libraries, and team-level processes that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research initiatives within a product area to drive clarity, alignment, and user-centered decision-making.
- Communicate research findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders, shaping product direction and priorities.
- Design and conduct studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods tailored to business and user needs.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to embed user insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor peers, refine research artifacts, and champion scalable, repeatable research practices across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ad tech or media platforms, bringing valuable domain knowledge to the team.
