Requirements
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Intune, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is essential
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure solutions
- Provide senior-level support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory
- Manage and administer cloud services on Azure and/or AWS, including infrastructure deployments and configurations
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
- Oversee endpoint management, policy enforcement, and application deployment using Microsoft Intune
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of core IT systems and services
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex support issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Mentor junior consultants and provide training on new technologies and best practices
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in client consultations, project scoping, and solution architecture design
