Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience
- At least 3 years of in-house corporate recruiting
- Experience building GTM teams for internet, software, or mobile technology organizations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Possess Sales DNA

Responsibilities
- Lead North American GTM hiring; driving strategy, full cycle recruiting, and candidate attraction & experience initiatives
- Establish trusted business partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Recruit both active and passive candidates
- Provide strategic guidance and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders
- Develop sourcing strategies to cultivate and nurture talent pools
- Evangelize InMobi’s employer brand, products, and vision
- Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse ATS
- Embody great teamwork and expand beyond recruiting into the larger global Talent Acquisition team
