Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with Greenhouse preferred.
- Intermediate Excel skills highly preferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proven strength in negotiating offers, ensuring outcomes that meet both candidate expectations and Stellar’s compensation philosophy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong knowledge of the tech market, trends, and challenges, and a keen interest in staying updated on the latest developments.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across functions, including (but not limited to) GTM, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering and Enterprise Analytics, demonstrating your ability to effectively context switch between technical and non-technical roles.
- Independently manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling and offer negotiation.
- Implement personalized and strategic sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-caliber technical talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates who align with our company’s mission and values.
- Utilize data to continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, align recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Proactively manage up to address and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring timely progress by communicating challenges and collaborating on solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in technology and the competitive landscape of the NYC job market, using this knowledge to refine recruiting strategies and attract top-tier talent.
- Maintain a high degree of accountability for your work, consistently delivering on recruitment goals.
