Requirements
- Ph.D. in I/O Psychology or a related discipline is strongly preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a related field, such as organizational development, employee engagement, or HR research
- Proven experience in designing, administering, and analyzing large-scale surveys and assessments
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, administration, and interpretation of enterprise-wide employee engagement and lifecycle surveys
- Oversee the design and implementation of surveys to measure employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational performance
- Develop and execute strategies for gathering employee feedback through multiple data collection methods, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews
- Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative research to assess organizational challenges, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Leverage research methodologies to analyze survey data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner to senior leadership
- Facilitate discussions with leaders to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational improvement
- Consult with clients to design customized surveys and interventions tailored to specific business needs
- Oversee the lifecycle of employee listening programs, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in organizational psychology, providing guidance on best practices for employee listening, performance management, and assessments
