Requirements

  • Ph.D. in I/O Psychology or a related discipline is strongly preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field, such as organizational development, employee engagement, or HR research
  • Proven experience in designing, administering, and analyzing large-scale surveys and assessments

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, administration, and interpretation of enterprise-wide employee engagement and lifecycle surveys
  • Oversee the design and implementation of surveys to measure employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational performance
  • Develop and execute strategies for gathering employee feedback through multiple data collection methods, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews
  • Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative research to assess organizational challenges, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Leverage research methodologies to analyze survey data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner to senior leadership
  • Facilitate discussions with leaders to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational improvement
  • Consult with clients to design customized surveys and interventions tailored to specific business needs
  • Oversee the lifecycle of employee listening programs, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in organizational psychology, providing guidance on best practices for employee listening, performance management, and assessments
