Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in program or product management, with a focus on sales enablement, customer experience, or process improvement.
- Proven success in managing complex programs or projects across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Order journey, sales processes, and enablement tools.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for the Lead-to-Order journey, aligning with organizational goals and sales strategies.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance sales processes, tools, and customer engagement through innovative solutions.
- Drive the automation and digitization of sales processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer interactions.
- Evaluate and implement advanced CRM and sales enablement tools, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact.
- Develop and refine advanced sales playbooks, integrating data-driven insights, messaging strategies, and process improvements for diverse scenarios.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals, resolve challenges, and implement cohesive strategies.
- Partner with leadership to ensure all initiatives support broader company objectives and deliver quantifiable results.
- Collaborate closely with the PM, Delivery Enablement, to ensure a cohesive, frictionless customer journey from lead capture through delivery handoff.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the Lead-to-Order process, using these insights to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Partner with analytics teams to monitor sales trends, predict customer behavior, and support decision-making with actionable insights.
