Requirements
- 5+ years of consumer-focused product design experience
- Proven expertise designing mobile experiences
- Strong skills in rapidly prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch (0→1)
- Demonstrated ability in leveraging user research and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of broad initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user-facing features for our AI-powered medical advising platform
- Own and redefine the entire consumer-facing product experience, across both mobile and web platforms
- Quickly prototype and iterate on 0-1, innovative AI-driven healthcare experiences
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, driving design decisions with data and user feedback
- Conduct user research to deeply understand patient needs and behaviors
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define, build, and test compelling brand assets that reflect our unique identity and vision
