Requirements
- Has 7+ years of relevant product design experience at an enterprise tech company
- Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping demonstrated through a portfolio of work
- Is skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
- Strong understanding of UI and UX principles and best practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Design magical, industry-leading security experiences
- Work with engineering and product to design, build, and launch user-facing product experiences
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership
- Collaborate deeply with security experts to translate complex technical workflows into elegant product interfaces
- Use AI-based design tooling (V0, Lovable, Bolt, etc.) to explore, prototype, and test ideas
- Champion user needs – through research, journey mapping, and data – in every stage of the product lifecycle
- Help shape our design culture and practice as we scale
Preferred Qualifications
- Cybersecurity product design experience cloud security, identity, SIEM, or endpoint security preferred
- Eager to experiment with AI-accelerated workflows
- Thrives in ambiguity and collaborates well with PMs, engineers, and security practitioners
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js
- Experience leading changes to a design systems
