Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields. MBA Preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- 10+ years of experience in functional consulting in the Banking industry
- Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives in Banking or Financial Services, SaaS product based implementation, Technology, or Consulting.
- Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assess business challenges, help define business requirements, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions by leveraging key capabilities of Zafin platform
- Lead initiatives focused on addressing key banking challenges aimed at process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with key leaders, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Play a key role in the functional solution design and implementation of Zafin platform solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Play a key role in the execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
- Leverage banking industry knowledge and best practices to help guide clients define new business processes aligned with Zafin platform capabilities
