Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, transaction management
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, lease negotiation, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in real estate software tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure and facilities management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the management and execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, lease agreements, renewals, subleases, and relocations
- Assessing the structure of complex real estate deals to maximize financial and operational benefits
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies during all phases of transactions
- Reviewing the financial models to assess the impact of transactions on operating budgets and capital expenditures
- Work closely with legal, finance, engineering, strategy, and operations teams to coordinate real estate activities
- Partner with external brokers, consultants, and vendors to facilitate transactions and market insights
- Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts during the transaction lifecycle
- Maintain detailed transaction records and provide regular updates on project status in designated systems to leadership
- Responsible for the KPI tracking and generating reports on portfolio performance, transaction outcomes, and market trends
- Engages brokers within the respective geographies
- Assists the Senior Portfolio Managers with internal transaction approvals
- Responsible for the internal project close-out requirements / packages
- Coordinates execution of documents / agreements (internally)
- Assists Alliance Partners with non-transaction activities and projects as coordinated by Alliance Partners
- Responsible for internal communication / requests for each project (as necessary)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure and facilities management is a plus
