Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 4+ years experience in Planning/Buying/Sales with emphasis on retail/wholesale financial planning and analysis with advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to leverage large amounts of data, identify critical information, develop recommendations and influence through compelling communication
- Able to think critically and understand the potential of a product in the marketplace while identifying gaps to tops-down and bottoms-up financial plan
- Travel up to 15% of the time
Responsibilities
- Developing style-level plans that influence buy and supply decisions while partnering with key stakeholders
- Continuously monitor performance indicators keeping a pulse on the business: analyzing sales results, managing product forecasts, in season recommendations and sharing actionable insights on risks and opportunities
- Create plans that optimize business health while achieving financial targets
- Use strong communication skills with internal/external partners to elicit information, cultivate productive dialogue, verbalize ideas, and align financial plans with an overarching strategy
- Enable success by collaborating with multiple cross functional internal teammates that are based in multiple locations, a remote leader and external planning counterparts
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results oriented, team mentality environment
