Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, transformation, or innovation leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and own product strategy and execution end-to-end.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery in agile or iterative environments.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess ROI, cost-benefit, and impact of product decisions.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills at senior and executive levels.
- Ability to partner closely with technical leads to translate business needs into executable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive End-to-End AI Product Development: Own discovery, definition, design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products—such as internal copilots, document intelligence agents, workflow assistants, and smart knowledge bases.
- Lead Use Case Discovery & Opportunity Framing: Engage stakeholders to uncover pain points and identify high-impact use cases where GenAI, automation, or predictive models can be applied.
- Define AI Product Requirements & Architectures: Translate complex business problems into actionable product requirements, including model recommendation (LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines), data integration needs, data flywheels and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Orchestrate AI Toolchains & Technical Design: Collaborate with engineers to design modular, scalable solutions using Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock ensuring compliance with governance and performance standards.
- Own Backlog & Agile Execution: Manage the product backlog, sprint cadence, QA plans, and release coordination for AI and data-powered features.
- Prototype, Validate & Scale: Drive rapid prototyping, conduct user testing, and iterate based on feedback; support scale-up of successful MVPs across the firm.
- Measure and Communicate Business Value: Build business cases and track KPIs including time saved, accuracy improvement, cost reduction, and productivity lift. Be the evangelist in the firm the shares the business value achieved.
- Promote Adoption & Evangelism: Develop training, documentation, and change management strategies to support adoption of AI tools among consultants and operations teams.
- Contribute to Externalization Strategy: Help evaluate which internal AI products may be commercialized or extended into client-facing offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Background in consulting, professional services, or operational transformation.
- Exposure to a range of innovation tools including AI, workflow automation, analytics, or enterprise platforms.
- Experience leading internal product initiatives that delivered quantifiable operational improvement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Bedrock.
