Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years maintenance experience + minimum of 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean (excludes gardeners, caterers, etc.).
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, utilizing prior experience and technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- Understand key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish work effectively.
- Integrate the work of your team with other teams, contributing to the overall area.
- Exercise judgment and propose solutions outside of set parameters with guidance.
- Solve straightforward tasks using prior experience and on-the-job training.
- Access technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems, using multiple internal sources outside of your team to make decisions.
- Likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
