Responsibilities
- Own, organize and prioritize end-to-end seller (vendor) case management (Salesforce) and issue resolution
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics/trends impacting item operations
- Investigative problem solving with high level partner engagement and complexity
- Drive accountability with internal and external partners when item and content standards are not met or following standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with the Target Plus Item validation team and cross-functional partners (category management, operations, onboarding, etc.) in a captainship capacity to drive project initiatives
- Support Item Process and product evolution through various testing and validation activities
- Manage aspects of the brand creation process to drive more efficient item listing
- Represent Target Plus (3P) Item Operations and advocate Item policies and procedures in partnership with the core (1P/2P) Enterprise Item team
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience as Item Data Specialist (Core/1P, DVS, Target Plus) or similar experience with item data
- Preferred experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
