Lead Facilities Engineer

Minimum 8 years’ experience in related field
Advanced knowledge of HVAC, AHU’s, Chillers, Boilers, RTU’s, R&D Labs, Clean Room and Kathabar system
Knowledge of Honeywell Niagra software and Teletrol software
Strong Project Management Skills
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with industry safety standards, certifications and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be available for emergency situations as needed, 24/7.

Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Supervise routine maintenance and repairs of building systems
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks/projects
Monitor and evaluate building systems for performance and efficiency
Plan and oversee facility layout alterations and modifications
Respond to emergency situations involving facility infrastructure
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and facility modifications
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and city & state permitting
Supervise two onsite contract employees

Knowledge of DI and Wastewater systems a plus
Knowledge of C-Cure and PassagePoint software systems a plus
Knowledge of ExacqVision building security camera systems a plus
Preferred bachelor’s degree in civil, Electrical or Mechanical engineering
Preferred any of the following three certifications: HVAC Universal Certification, Cleanroom & Lab design Certification, Niagara Software Certification
