Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in Enterprise Architecture or a related field.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, application, data, and security architecture, including cloud service patterns.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient in UML 2.5 and architectural modeling.
- Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, SAFe 6.0).
- Track record of leading enterprise-wide architecture initiatives.
- Effective presenter to executive and business stakeholders.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) and industry credentials (TOGAF, SAFe).
Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of an enterprise architecture framework across infrastructure, applications, data, and security, while mentoring junior architects.
- Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and evolving technology needs.
- Standardize architectural documentation and practices across all domains and architecture layers.
- Conduct reviews to ensure TDD solutions align with enterprise principles and industry best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for integration, ensuring alignment with existing systems and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable architectural solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive architectural artifacts, including models and blueprints.
- Promote a collaborative, best-practice-driven culture within the architecture team.
- Track and champion relevant industry trends and update the architecture framework accordingly.
- Foster architectural excellence and consistency across the organization.
