Requirements
- Highly technical lead with a strong Engineering background
- Deep experience in SRE
- Proven experience in building world class embedded SRE teams in a fast growing company
- Proven track record in leadership roles
- Strong product mindset
- Broad and deep technical understanding of modern cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Highly data and analytically driven
- Strong technical background – ideally grew up as an engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day deliverables of a dedicated product SRE team
- Build a long term relationship with product engineering teams
- Ensure Observability best practice is implemented across products
- Provide ongoing training across the business
- Actively monitor quality standards for SRE teams
