Requirements
- Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology)
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability
- A desire to learn and is a self-starter
- Experience with CAD software for electromechanical design. SolidWorks preferred
- Good writing and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
- Delivering products as part of a team
- Works on cross functional teams
- Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
- Working towards a project statement of requirements and staying focused to the taskings
