Lead Director – Project & Program Management

8-10 years of applicable project management and / or consulting experience in healthcare.
Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement.
Prior experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through visualization to present complex information in a way that effectively engages and influences.
Excellent executive presence and comfortability influencing colleagues and decision makers at various levels of leadership.
Health economic, actuarial, or financial modeling skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supports new market implementation across multiple functions and initiatives including patient engagement, clinical operations, workforce planning, clinical documentation and quality, shared services, and third-party arrangements.
Coordinates with program leaders to align annual launch calendars, initiative deployment schedules, key milestones, and owners.
Identifies people, process, and technology risks, effectively driving resolution commensurate with priority, impact, and urgency.
Prepares routine and ad-hoc status reports for leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensures all projects administered follow best practices and standard approaches to project management.
Manages all aspects of leading a team: identifying needs, preparing job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, onboarding / offboarding, providing guidance, support, and coaching, assigning tasks and responsibilities, evaluating performance, and mentoring.
Collaborates on special projects including early-stage business cases for new initiatives, identifying and evaluating Enterprise assets for deployment, and growth planning.
Other duties, as assigned.

Subject matter expertise in value-based care within Medicare Advantage populations.
