Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah.
- A minimum of four years of experience in Transportation Design and/or Design Team Management
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficiency in Bentley Roadway Design software (MicroStation, OpenRoads, Inroads, Connect), AASHTO design guidelines, and familiarity with DOT design processes and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of transportation projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet and exceed project expectations.
- Serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of project design and coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference given to candidates that have worked on UDOT projects
