Lead Cybersecurity

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in project management within the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MFA, authentication, and YubiKey.
PMP, CISSP, CISM, or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of MFA, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and YubiKey technology.
Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements are well-understood and met.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Provide guidance and expertise in MFA, authentication technologies, and YubiKey integration to ensure the technical soundness of projects.
Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated financial resources.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and security.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
