Requirements
- B.A. or B.S from an accredited university.
- 4+ years of applicable professional experience required.
- 2+ years with experience in investigation processes in a highly regulated environment required.
- 2+ years of experience in administering and management of Ethics Hotlines and conducting compliance investigations required.
- 2+ years program management experience to coordinate program elements required.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of investigative policies, processes, and protocols to triage, assign, and document cases and respond to reported concerns while maintaining a commitment to transparency and accountability.
- Administer the Ethics Hotline to triage, assign, and review intake to ensure the hotline operates as a central and effective channel for reporting and addressing compliance and business ethics concerns throughout the organization.
- Prepare analysis and reports on themes, trends and emerging risks for executive stakeholders.
- Develop and manage investigation-related communications to compliance team and other stakeholders.
- Assist in training development and execution related to compliance and business ethics investigation processes and procedures, ensuring consistent and effective execution of investigation processes.
- Manage low severity assigned compliance and business ethics investigations.
- Effectively partner with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Indirect Channel Management, Employee Relations, and other stakeholder groups.
- Maintain deep knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and monitor industry trends and regulatory changes or enforcement.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of forensic auditing/accounting experience preferred.
- 2+ years working with state/federal health care compliance laws preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies (i.e., OIG, DOJ, SEC) preferred.
