Requirements

  • 6+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with subject matter and tailored to audience needs
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and current employees to ensure consistent understanding of Lockbox payment procedures
  • Create, update, and maintain training documentation
  • Observe staff performance, provide feedback, and deliver targeted coaching to improve individual and team performance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to derive training strategies and schedule training sessions
  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving effectiveness of Lockbox training function

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Lockbox operations environment
  • Experience training, coaching, and providing feedback to staff/managers
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • 1+ year of SharePoint Site Collection Administrator experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office experience – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
