Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- A minimum of 4 years of creative experience in an editorial, content marketing, brand marketing, or related creative field.
- A shown ability to lead and collaborate with other writers and creatives.
- A deep connection to the game of Basketball, art, fashion, and music.
- Proven origination of innovative storytelling across multiple categories.
- Experience in leading agencies and internal partners to deliver high-caliber work.
- Great human and leadership skills that enable the team to grow. This includes a strong ability to listen and empower the team.
- Good understanding of interactive communication, processes, and user interface design for online products.
- Great understanding of consumer behavior. You have significant consumer knowledge throughout the globe.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex workstreams independently and direct others in order to develop a well-crafted narrative.
- Work to lead and deliver end-to-end creative concepts across Product Launches, Brand Stories, Retail Executions, and Consumer Events working from idea phase through pitch/presentation and finishing with premium executions at all levels across all channels.
- Partner with the team around you to translate briefs and marketing plans into emotive and innovative stories.
- You will lead workstreams independently developing and crafting creative concepts for both product launches and campaigns across the globe.
- Multitasking different projects will require you to carefully plan and manage your schedule effectively.
- Working closely with the senior creatives, you’ll play a part in crafting the future voice and storyline of the brand across every consumer touchpoint.
- You will proactively learn new skills and stay abreast of technical and digital developments and successfully apply these to work practices.
- You’ll share this knowledge with the wider design community and work with them to ensure continuity across our initiatives and projects.
