Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data modeling and ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Airflow).
- Proficiency with one or more BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with GTM teams and translating business questions into analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to make data approachable for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer operational data to surface insights on usage patterns, adoption trends, and engagement metrics.
- Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to present data-driven stories that influence customer strategy and business outcomes.
- Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports and dashboards tailored for account managers to use in customer engagements.
- Own and maintain the company’s BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Build and maintain robust SQL-based data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Design and implement analytics processes that support repeatability and consistency across teams.
- Serve as the analytics point of contact for GTM teams and customer account managers.
- Enable non-technical users through training, documentation, and simplified access to relevant data sources.
- Collaborate with data engineering to enhance our data warehouse and support new data ingestion needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or customer-facing analytics roles.
- Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Exposure to CRM and GTM tooling (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
