- Ability to read and interpret benefit plans, collective bargaining contracts and other requirements documentation
Responsibilities
- Engage and educate employees around total wellbeing benefits and programs
- Build partnerships across the business, HR, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Leverage data to empower engaging communications and employee events
- Manage companywide promotions and events of AT&T’s wellbeing programs
- Focus on AT&T’s financial wellbeing programs and services
- Develop strategies and implement marketing, communication and wellbeing campaigns
- Coordinate with corporate communications, legal, health & welfare benefits design, and various subject matter experts

- Proficiency or mastery in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or MBA
