Responsibilities

  • Engage and educate employees around total wellbeing benefits and programs
  • Build partnerships across the business, HR, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  • Leverage data to empower engaging communications and employee events
  • Manage companywide promotions and events of AT&T’s wellbeing programs
  • Focus on AT&T’s financial wellbeing programs and services
  • Develop strategies and implement marketing, communication and wellbeing campaigns
  • Coordinate with corporate communications, legal, health & welfare benefits design, and various subject matter experts

  • Proficiency or mastery in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
  • Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or MBA
