Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in NLP, working in an agile production orientated environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of data scientists and or engineers.
- 2+ years of experience with building Generative AI Solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions).
- PHD or master’s in data sciences or master’s in computer science.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and successful delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with the business requirements. Monitor solutions in production.
- Develop technical delivery plans and execute on those plans to deliver solutions on time.
- Mentor and oversee junior data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams that comprise product managers, engineers and business leaders.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification.
