Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience leading and working with global technology teams.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with a variety of technologies, including cloud computing, big data, and Open Source.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms.
- Experience in a large financial conglomerate.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. Executive education from top-tier institutions a plus.
- Experience with specific technologies mentioned in the resume (e.g., Java, Node.js, Angular, AWS, MongoDB).
- Experience implementing SAFe Agile and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with strategic planning and execution.
- Experience managing large-scale projects.
- Hands-on technical leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Help set the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a global technology organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Champion technology exploration, generate and sell ideas to executive leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services within budget and resource constraints.
- Implement and manage effective product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe).
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies and best practices (e.g., DevSecOps, Cloud).
- Build, develop, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and teams.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends to drive innovation and growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of new products and features.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices.
