Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience leading and working with global technology teams.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with a variety of technologies, including cloud computing, big data, and Open Source.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in a large financial conglomerate.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. Executive education from top-tier institutions a plus.
  • Experience with specific technologies mentioned in the resume (e.g., Java, Node.js, Angular, AWS, MongoDB).
  • Experience implementing SAFe Agile and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Help set the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a global technology organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Champion technology exploration, generate and sell ideas to executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services within budget and resource constraints.

  • Drive the adoption of modern technologies and best practices (e.g., DevSecOps, Cloud).
  • Build, develop, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
