Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years field sales experience
- 3+ years specific experience in law enforcement sales
- Sound leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Solid working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Good business skills
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet sales objectives of territories, regions, and company
- Work directly with state and local law enforcement end users to provide product for evaluation and information to the factory for product development
- Interface with Law Enforcement Contract Administrators to ensure accurate information from the field
- Conduct sales seminars for Law Enforcement Distributors and their sales teams
- Provide field intelligence on competitive pricing, activity and products
- Attend major law enforcement shows, seminars, and shooting events
- Work with Law Enforcement Distributors and their sales team to secure law enforcement contracts in their assigned region
Preferred Qualifications
- Ammunition sales experience
- Active in shooting sports
- Law enforcement/military experience
