Requirements
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on all kitchen & Laundry equipment
- Service and repair laundry equipment including washing machines, dryers, presses, and steamers
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in kitchen and laundry systems
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Ensure all kitchen and laundry systems comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Report and address any hazards, malfunctions, or breakdowns immediately
