Requirements

  • Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment
  • Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on all kitchen & Laundry equipment
  • Service and repair laundry equipment including washing machines, dryers, presses, and steamers
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in kitchen and laundry systems
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
  • Ensure all kitchen and laundry systems comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Report and address any hazards, malfunctions, or breakdowns immediately
