Kinaxis Technical Lead

Deep understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse functionality and capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
Industry experience, particularly within the semiconductor sector, is highly desirable.
Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or other supply chain planning tools is a significant plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Kinaxis certification (e.g., Kinaxis Author Level 2 or 3) is often preferred or required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
Expertise in Master Data Requirements for Advanced Planning Solutions.
Overall professional experience of 8-12 years.
Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

Collaborate with key business stakeholders, especially within the semiconductor industry, to understand their specific supply chain planning needs and identify areas for improvement and automation.
Develop technical specifications and system architectures for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
Configure Kinaxis to support specific business processes and requirements, including worksheets, alerts, metrics, and scorecards.
Perform integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the system functions as designed.
Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions, ensuring effective and efficient deployment.
Develop training materials and documentation to support user adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kinaxis implementations.
Guide and mentor team members, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
