Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process coaching payments for multiple executive education contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university and federal guidelines
  • Coordinate with coaches, students, and the finance team to resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Maintain and update a centralized invoice tracking system, producing accurate reports on payment status and outstanding items to support fiscal planning
  • Ensure data integrity and facilitate real-time budget monitoring for leadership and stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit PAP documentation in alignment with university procedures and timelines through Workday
  • Communicate with Accounts Payable and relevant departments to resolve delays or issues proactively
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure alignment between program expenditures and the university’s financial systems
  • Identify variances and contribute to corrective actions or process enhancements
  • Perform other tasks as needed
