Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related industry
- In lieu of degree, 7-10 years senior account management or sales management experience
- Understanding of sales and operations of all business lines
- Financial acumen
- Collaboration skills ranging from written to verbal
Responsibilities
- Daily Customer Communication & Equipment Performance: Main point of contact with customer for operational and project updates, contract repairs, down units, entrapments, inspections, quoted repairs, modernization and new equipment opportunities, addressing all aspects of customer concerns.
- Contract Management: Ensure compliance with scope, terms and conditions of contracts, contract riders, equipment and locations within contracts, and management of procurement partnership.
- Sales: Uses solution selling techniques to identify new sales opportunities with customer and handles all aspects of the sales process (includes negotiating, tendering, proposal presentations, etc.).
- Reporting & Presenting Account Performance: Prepare account performance by analyzing data and communication with branches to share with customer and identify needed actions.
- Relationship Management: Able to establish and build relationships with C-suite level leadership and other stakeholders within the organization.
