Responsibilities
- Support structural analysis, design, and construction efforts for climate adaptation projects, including seismic risk reduction, flood mitigation, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
- Support a diverse range of projects, contributing to design development, evaluation of solutions, and construction implementation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions aligned with industry codes and standards.
- Support project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion within established timelines.
- Support business development, mentorship, and thought leadership as interested
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD, MathCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit.
