Requirements
- BASc in Computer Science with 2+ years of experience, or MSc in Computer Science with prior internship experience
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, debug code efficiently, and automate routine tasks to enhance system functionality
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to varied audiences
- Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to work in ambiguous and constantly evolving environment
- Proficient in Python, with experience in writing high-quality, maintainable code
Responsibilities
- Develop, and maintain robust tools and solutions to enhance our engineering team efficiencies
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to create scalable, efficient systems
- Work collaboratively with peers across different teams to support and enhance a shared technical infrastructure
- Write high-quality, maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices
- Promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with additional programming languages is a plus
- Plus if you have past experience in Generative AI space
