Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
- Salesforce and Five9 Experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Assist in the preparation, management, and execution of regularly scheduled reports
- Deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Speak to potential customers (all inbound leads, no cold calling)
- Complete all required tasks accurately and timely with focused attention to detail
- Support team members, mid-level management, and senior management by assisting nationwide customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish verbal and written is a plus, but not mandatory
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
