Requirements
- 1 year of internship or work experience in digital media preferred – Publisher, Ad Tech, or Agency
- Experienced in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Google Suite
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work toward long-term goals while delivering short-term wins
Responsibilities
- Assist with ideating and creating media plans for upcoming campaigns
- Communicate across teams (i.e. pricing, programming, production, marketing, sales) and ensure there is alignment across the board on pitched ideas, sellable assets, and any upcoming events
- Coordinate with account managers, sellers and ad ops to ensure that all tentpoles and events being pitched are tracked against deliverables sold as well as revenue booked
- Input sold campaigns into Barstool’s Inventory Management System, Jupiter
- Keep an open dialogue with sales, marketing and ad ops to understand and react to market feedback as well as ad product performance
