Requirements

  • 1 year of internship or work experience in digital media preferred – Publisher, Ad Tech, or Agency
  • Experienced in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Google Suite
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work toward long-term goals while delivering short-term wins

Responsibilities

  • Assist with ideating and creating media plans for upcoming campaigns
  • Communicate across teams (i.e. pricing, programming, production, marketing, sales) and ensure there is alignment across the board on pitched ideas, sellable assets, and any upcoming events
  • Coordinate with account managers, sellers and ad ops to ensure that all tentpoles and events being pitched are tracked against deliverables sold as well as revenue booked
  • Input sold campaigns into Barstool’s Inventory Management System, Jupiter
  • Keep an open dialogue with sales, marketing and ad ops to understand and react to market feedback as well as ad product performance
