- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
- Strong knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Support initiatives & communications of changes to RACD
- Assess the impact, effectiveness and feasibility of proposed changes
- Recommend decisions and provide support as a subject matter expert
- Participate in and/or facilitate internal/external client meetings
- Work closely with various functional groups within RACD to understand business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in various aspects of RACD operations from the banking industry
- Experience in change management, process improvement or a combination of them
- Six sigma certification/PMP certification
