Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
- 1 year of closing experience
- Experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication — you can write a killer email and hold a great conversation
- Ambition, coachability, and a genuine desire to grow your sales career
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with e-commerce brands through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline in our CRM
- Qualify leads, set meetings, learn out sales cycle and become an industry expert
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies
- Stay up to date on ecommerce trends and the Fermàt platform to speak confidently to prospects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience closing SMB deals in a SaaS or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
- A passion for startups, ecommerce, or creator-led commerce
