Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, resume databases, and networking. Build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements. Present the best candidates to hiring managers or Talent Acquisition Specialist for further consideration.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and calendar alignment. Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and provide candidates with relevant details for a successful interview.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring that all interactions, resumes, interview notes, and related documentation are properly recorded.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to refine recruitment strategies, provide market insights, and suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to promote the company’s brand and attract top talent.
  • Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.
