Requirements
- 1-2 years automotive booking experience required
- Warranty knowledge highly preferred
- CDK experience is highly preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in dealing with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist Warranty Supervisor in submitting warranty claims for payment to Lexus
- Review all repair orders for proper documentation
- Manage Extended Warranty schedules and keep them current
- Submit Extended Warranty claims and process payments when received
- Open and close Roadside repair orders daily
- Create purchase orders for vendors
- Provide administrative support to the Warranty Supervisor and Service Department as needed.
