Minimum 3 years of Enterprise Architecture work experience with Java, Spring Boot, DSE Apache Cassandra, Oracle, Messaging, Splunk, AppD, CI CD, Microservices Architecture, and Event Driven Architecture

Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models
Articulate a compelling enterprise architecture vision, target state, and transformation roadmap
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Develop innovative solutions that align with the enterprise architecture vision
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Continuously assess and improve the enterprise architecture framework to ensure alignment with business goals
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for enterprise architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of architecture strategies
